Chris Monte is a Founder and CEO of MPMI. A life-long entrepreneur, he has spent the last 40 years in the entertainment industry. Most recently, Mr. Monte has been the President and CEO of Magic Hair, Inc., a multi-million dollar post-production facility in Hollywood. Mr. Monte's decades in post-production have given him keen insight to the inner working of the entertainment industry and the advancement of technologies that will shape how content is produced and consumed in the future. Mr. Monte's award-winning background includes extensive editorial experience in broadcast television, corporate communications and theatrical releases.

Christopher Woodward is the COO and CFO of MPMI.  Mr. Woodward is a veteran finance and strategy executive, and has completed approximately 90 transactions totaling $1.1 billion in value.  His career spans media, entertainment, Internet and technology and he has extensive success with emerging growth ventures, corporate development and M&A.  He has worked for Comcast, Union Bank,Fox, Sony, Digital Domain and Flynt Management Group, as well as several startup and high growth companies.  Mr. Woodward began his career as a Manager with Ernst & Young, holds a BS Accounting degree from Lehigh University, and has been a Certified Public Accountant for 25 years.

Doug Mielke is a Founder and Director of MPMI. Previously, he was a Founding Partner of AirWare Technology Ltd. UK. Prior to AWT, Mr. Mielke was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Fotokem Global Data, a startup division of Fotokem developed to move large data worldwide. Key projects included high speed data movement of all FOX prime time animation as well as feature film animation from as far away as Seoul South Korea and Tokyo. Mr. Mielke played a key role at Technicolor as Director of Operations and Innovation for a new division focused on data-centric creative services. 

Matt Comeione brings more than 20 years of diverse entertainment industry experience to his role as Director of Technical Operations. Previously, he was Director of Information Technology for Relativity Media and earlier, The Film Department. At both companies, Mr. Comeione designed, implemented and maintained the entire corporate network and systems infrastructure. A graduate of the California Institute of the Arts, Mr. Comeione’s career includes music composition, sound and picture editing and graphic design. His approach to technical operations is informed by his deep experience with creative industry workflows.

Paul Patrizio has been a Director and Chairman of the Company since its inception. Mr. Patrizio is the CEO of Arista Capital Ltd., an asset-based lender. He is also Of Counsel to the law firm Wollmuth Maher & Deutsch LLP. Previously, he was the Managing Partner of Apogee Energy Partners LLC. Mr. Patrizio was a Managing Director and General Counsel at several investment banking firms which specialized in private equity and debt transactions. He has also spent years at New York City law firms where he specialized in corporate, securities, and general business matters. Mr. Patrizio holds a BA, MBA, JD and LLM and is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
